Pramintha Fernando is the Founder and CEO of OpenDek, leading the company’s vision, product strategy, and technology direction. With a background in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, he focuses on transforming complex business processes into practical, scalable software solutions. He works closely with clients to understand their operational challenges and build dependable digital products that improve efficiency, enable growth, and create lasting business value.
Savina Sasen Chandrasekara is a B.Sc. (Hons) Applied Sciences graduate from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and is currently pursuing an MBA in Marketing. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Pathfinder Career Academy and the Co-Founder and Managing Director of OpenDek, a software company focused on digital and technology-driven solutions. His experience spans marketing, entrepreneurship, business development, strategic planning, professional education, technology, and innovation. Through his ventures, he aims to create practical opportunities and solutions that support both individual and business growth.
As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at OpenDek, I focus on building brands, creating new business opportunities, and connecting innovative digital solutions with real-world business needs. I’m a graduate of BSc (Hons) in Applied Sciences (Management Sciences) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, with professional qualifications in CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) and CQHRM (Chartered Qualification in Human Resource Management). My multidisciplinary background combines business management, finance, human resources, data analysis, and strategic decision-making. I’m passionate about business development, digital transformation, technology, and entrepreneurship, with a constant interest in exploring new ideas and emerging technologies. At OpenDek, I’m driven by the goal of creating meaningful customer experiences, strengthening our digital presence, and turning innovative ideas into practical solutions that help businesses grow.
